Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.

Returns

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

• Process: Email returns@apexgadgets.com with your order number for a Return Authorization before shipping items back.

• Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report damages within 48 hours of receipt with photos to support@apexgadgets.com for a replacement or refund.
